Leanie Engelbrecht Speech Therapy facilitates Larengectomy support groups.  

This is for clients who have undergone a laryngectomy, patients who are preparing for a laryngectomy, as well as their family and friends. Group members, together with the Speech Therapists, exchange information and support, offer counselling, education and an opportunity for socialisation. This support group is open to anyone and provides a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment.
